So, a few of the Admins along with myself are becoming quite annoyed at some of the members. Not all of you! A lot of you are absolutely fantastic and we all appreciate you so much! You deserve gold stars! But a lot of you have been disregarding our rules, which we try to enforce a lot as calmly and politely as possible. But we're at our wits ends and we really need to clamp down.

Thus, I apologise to inform you, but we will not be openly accepting membership any more. We request that you read forward if you wish to join.

- If you do not put our passphrase in your join request, then it will be declined and you will receive a message saying:

Hello! We appreciate your interest in joining our group, however, a passphrase from our Rules Journal is required to become a member. Feel free to send in a new join request with the passphrase and you'll be accepted into the group. Thank you!

You will be sent a link back to this journal. If you're reading this from that link, then this is why you are here.

- All competitions must be entirely free. It must be free entry and free winning. We don't want your Point Adoptables, we don't want your lotteries (which are against the ToS, and we will report if we see fit) or anything like that. The mode of entry for your giveaway must be something simple, like commenting on a journal entry, sending you a note with references, faving something, +watching, etc. No drawing competitions, no requiring someone to send you points, etc.

- Since we've been getting many lotteries, here's a faq about it FAQ #894: Can I run a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes or other random drawing or game of chance through my DeviantArt account? As stated above, we will not ever accept your lotteries. Not even if they are optional.

- No begging whatsoever. We are not here to just give out points like crazy. We are here so that we can hold competitions. So try and win them! If you beg for points, this may result in a hidden comment or a ban.

- You may advertise your competitions, giveaways, requests and such in our comment section, but we would prefer it if you made a journal/literature Deviation and submitted it into one of our folders. Please do not advertise something that is not a giveaway. If other deviants have to draw you something, give you points, or anything like that, it's not a giveaway. Note us and you might get a spot in one of our custom widgets.

- We're always happy to answer questions, sort misplaced Deviations/Journals and just generally chat

- If you're not sure of what something is, please see our front page where we have an explanation for Points, Raffles, Kiriban's and submitting journals.

- If you've read all these rules please add in your join request "I have read and understand all of the rules. I will not post competitions, beg for points or break anything else that will upset the admins."
